I wanted write to thank you very much for all the information you gave me regarding Fongo.
As i had mentioned that i got a samsung core Lte phone and the fongo was downloaded onto my phone and i registered and now can use fongo

no idea. I have cancelled my SO UMB a few months ago after my test. May probably renable it later this month again to test it on my iPhone4 again(finally has some time to deal with the Gevey) and may let you know.

But with the proxy, the answer is most likely no it would not work.

android works. though it is strange that account registered on iphone cannot be used on android.

I downloaded the fongo app last night to my PC, iPad and iphone 4. It works well on the PC both making and receiving calls over wifi. On the iPad, I can make and receive calls, but the iPad doesn't "ring" when a call comes in. I get an alert on the screen to accept or decline the call. Fongo does not work on wifi or data on the iPhone.

I'm using a Speakout sim in the iPad and iPhone. Since I have the iPad with me all the time, I will use it more often.
