        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I just logged into my account on the speakout phone website, and now you can activate/deactivate browsing, 2500 txt plans manually yourself. You also act/deact the new bundles plans yourself too. No need to call customer service.</p>
<p>This is a great addition and a sign of better things to come   (top up online! hopefully)</p>
