        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>The answer is: Yes  .  Both work.</p>
<p>In the past, I activated my sim (they give you a new number) and ask for the port.  Once the port finished I added money to my account.</p>
<p>The other occasion, I activated, filled up the account and then asked for the port.  Once ported, the money followed into the new account with my ported number.</p>
