<p>I'm pretty sure the phone was lost to the ocean, so no ones' going to find it.</p>

<p>No it didnt seem to have anything to do with vmail; it seemed to be more for general account queries etc. - maybe a new procedure for newer accounts?  I didn't request a code be put on the account but I'm sure if someone wanted one Cust Svc would do it for them.  It's just yet another PIN to remember though!!</p>

<p>Thanks for the contribution in this discussion. I forgot that Speak Out might ask for a code. I would think that it's the code for your voicemail. I know I had to give Speak Out my old voicemail code from my Virgin Canada phone, so they knew for a fact that the account was indeed mine.</p>

<p>Customer Service asked me for an "authorization code" for my account when I first activated it; they ask me for it when I call them.</p>
