Hi,

I know the Official Speakout FAQ says that text messages cannot be sent to a short-code. However, has anyone had any issues receiving text messages from short codes? Our university recently put in an emergency notification system that alerts people of issues on campus and the test message was sent from a short code (friends of mine received of it, all on other carriers). I didn't.

Any insight would be great.
