It's been a while since I'm working on this with support. Ported a number from Telus thinking I'll use the unlimited browsing. Once transfer confirmed, I was able to log into both accounts online. I used a feature to replace a number in my new account and it just generated a mess, service stopped working as it wiped off the balance and I lost my internet browsing.
After a ticket escalated, I got my balance back in a couple of days but the unlimited internet browsing has never worked with the new account although it is showing as active.
Also, If I dial 7777# I get an error:
All the settings for APN are correct.
I don't think I'm going to get the unlimited browsing back for the remaining week, I don't even dare to think of a compensation... Anyway the add-on is dead and I really don't see what would keep me using this service, 100 Mb of data is a joke, I'm ashamed to tell my friends in Europe what we're getting here...
