No. Once the number assigned to it is ported out it's just a souvenir.

I have another SIM that has had no credit for a couple of months. Will it ever be cancelled? Can it be reactivated so I can sell it?

Hi guys,

I'm gonna port my speakout number to Petro Canada mobile to take advantage of the lower long distance rate. Will my SIM still be valid so I can sell it (ie can they assign it a new number?).

Another related question: I have another SIM that has had no credit for a couple of months. Will it ever be cancelled? Can it be reactivated so I can sell it?
