I had the following peculiar experience: when a friend called my speakout phone, my phone didn't ring, and the caller gets directed to the voice mail right away. I then tried calling my speakout phone from my landline, and sometimes the phone rings, but sometimes it doesn't ring and gets directed to voice mail right away instead. It looks like the behaviour isn't deterministic. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't. Did anyone have this experience too?
