I have 4 phones currently on Speakout accounts. Two are on value plans, one is on UMB, and another with no add ons. These are for myself, my wife and two kids. So Speakout has changed all the value plans and data plans, so I now need to re-activate these features. The problem is that the "My Account" section no longer tells me how much time is currently remaining on my currently subscribed "old" plans. With kids that can blow through 100 texts in a matter of minutes, I obviously don't want them to get in to a "Pay per text" situation, but I obviously don't want to forfeit what I have already paid for just to get on the new plans. What am I supposed to do?
