It happens to many of the proxy server I have used. Usually just once off. Nothing to do with your link to rogers

Sometimes putting your phone into airplane mode than back to normalhelps too. It seems to reset itself doing that.

There are some web sites that I get the following message:

Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request from http://insertvariouswebsitename.com/
Reason: Error reading from remote server
Apache server at insertvariouswebsitename.com Port 80

I have never had this issue before and don't have the issue when using WiFi. I guess Rogers/Ztar has installed some additional limitations on February 1st.

I think that will be it for me. I'm leaving for a full data/unrestricted plan.
