I just bought $100 airtime and got a free phone. I moved my old sim to the new phone and the new sim to the old phone. When I turn on the old phone it says "SIM registration failed". Do I have to phone in from a hardline and activate the SIM? Or is do I have a problem? When I first bought my phone it worked right out of the box.
