That phone uses the Nokia BL-4B. See if you can get another one. If it is still having problems with a new battery, then you could have a defective phone.

I followed the steps on the quick start guide: called in with the store #, and activation code etc and received my phone #. I've been away until now and the phone doesn't appear to be charged. I tried charging it but it only seems to charge for a few seconds. I did leave it overnight and still nothing.

Did I miss a step? or? 😥
