        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Very odd thing happened today. At the beginning of the month I had a balance of about $160 in my phone (confirmed by SO). Since then I haven't made any calls and have only sent a handful of texts (also confirmed by SO). On Aug 7 my $10 data and 911 charge are withdrawn, so may balance should have been roughly $150. So early yesterday I supplied a referral code to a member, then checked my balance, which was at $140, about $10 less than what it should have been. About an hour later I get a message here that the member had redeemed the code, so I check my balance and it has indeed risen to about $150. So, today I call SO to find out what happened to the missing $10. She runs through my account line by line and finds that my balance is exactly what it should be, except she has no record of the referral code from yesterday! I give her the number and she checks to find that it is still valid. Now I know I checked my balance twice yesterday and it went from $140 to $150, yet they have no record of it.</p>
<p>So, I don't know what to think. Am I being pranked here or what???</p>
