Hello,

What kind of code is it asking for? Is it a PUK code? SpeakOut customer service may or may not help you on this. You might have to contact BB to help. Make sure the Passport is indeed unlocked. It seems like it wasn't truly unlocked when you bought it.

I am with Speakout and am using a BB Leap with a Micro Sim. I purchased a unlocked BB Passport and had the sim card cut down to Nano but when I insert it it says the sim card is locked and asks me for a code. Where can I get this code. I've never had this problem in the past I use to just take the sim out of one phone and put it in the other and away I'd go but not this time. Please help!
