        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Though not suprised, I am pretty disgusted with Future shop and the way they handled this.  Way to pass the buck!   It is really Future shop's issue, and I would make a note of this if you ever want to buy something again from Future shop.   If they do not service what they sell, don't buy from them again!</p>
<p>It is an LG phone, and there seems to be a 1 year warranty.   You should get better results  here.  Might as well return the LG phone with the telus sim card.  </p>

<p>7-11 really has nothing to do with this problem.  Their SIM seems to work fine, from all accounts.</p>
<p>Dumb question, is this phone still locked?  </p>
<p>Don't worry about the imei, The account is tied to the SIM card, not the phone.</p>

Since SpeakOut does not sell that phone, you might be able to return it to the manufacturer (with proof of purchase). You might get a different answer from LG if you talk to someone else, but it all comes down to where &#38; when you bought it.</p>

They told me to return it to my wireless service provider, I told them it was 711 and I doubt they'll know what your talking about but he insisted to return in there. Well of course they don't know what I'm talking about so does anyone have a suggestion for my next course of action?</p>
