Hi, I just bought a SpeakOut phone (the 2610) a couple of weeks ago from a 7-11, and I was under the impression that I was getting the deal with the voucher for 100 of airtime. I read up there at it has apparently expired. However, I didn't even get the 20 dollar voucher or anything. Just wondering if anyone knows what I should do to get the voucher or anything?

I'm from Toronto, btw. And I bought it down on Bloor St.

If your phone is stolen call CS and and ask them to "blacklist" your phone. Once a phone is "blacklisted" it is totally useless as the IMEI is dead forever. Even if you find it later it won't be reactivated.

Ah, that's the problem with Speak Out. If someone steals your phone, you're out of luck. How about a "track your Speak Out phone" service?

I just got the new 1610 for free with a $100 voucher purchase at 7-11 in oakville. Two other stores said this promo was over.

The screen is not as high-res as the 6061 flipper I had from 7-11 before - (it got stolen).

I just called customer service just now and they said the "purchase $100 voucher + get free handset" expired Jul 4.

The current promo (to Jul 23) is "get a $20 voucher w/ a handset"

Oh well couple weeks too late. I just need a 7-11 sim ): so don't really want to spend the $$$ on a handset.

Wonderful resource here. Was in local 7-11 last night -it appears the deal this month is Nokia 2610 for $100 including $50 airtime. I'd rather have $100 airtime and a free phone... has any other deal been seen this month?
