        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Hey guys!</p>
<p>I ported my number from Telus a little under a month ago. Still, to this day, Telus/Koodoo mobile customers are unable to receive my text messages. Despite this, on my phone it shows that they are properly sent and I get billed for them accordingly.</p>
<p>I have contacted SpeakOut Customer Service 15+ times to attempt to find out what the issue is. I have reset my phone, changed the message center name and have even had texts traced! I've even called Telus.</p>
<p>No one seems to have any answers on how to solve my problem. Will this ever be resolved? Help!</p>
