Supposedly, on Speak Out, calls within the same area code are all treated as local calls.

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum; I was unsure where to put it.

Is there any website or database that shows you what is considered a long distance call either within (Kitchener waterloo 519 to London 519 is LD even though it's the same area code) or between (Toronto 416 to Mississauga 905 is local but to Hamilton 905 is LD) area codes?

I would pick up the phone and try, but I'm moving shortly and there are a few cities (that are definitely LD for me now but questionable for me later) that I'm interested in determining their LD status.
