Trying to set up a new Speakout service. Instructions that came with SIM say they'll want IMEI. Does that lock the service to a specific handset ongoing, or can it be changed after the fact?

This is going to be a 35c/min emergency phone, I'm providing an old flip phone for testing (unlocked and still works on Bell/Telus so I assume Rogers too) but may want to switch to their basic smartphone after confirming they're happy with Speakout and Rogers coverage. Don't want to lock them into using the flip phone forever.

Thanks.
