        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>But you need to have signal to make the outgoing call.</p>
<p>The SIM gets activated, the phone will get signal, and then you can make the outgoing call to fully activate the service - SMS, incoming calls, ect.</p>
<p>Try the activation process again, make sure you are in an area that has signal, and call the SpeakOut support number for help</p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Earlier today I bought the 7eleven SIM card and and speakout voucher at a store, activated the SIM and got my phone number, then topped up my voucher online with that number, but I'm still not receiving any signals.<br />
wondering if this is normal and i have to wait a day to get services or something, or is there something else that i need to do before I receive service?<br />
pretty sure the phone itself has no problem, i made sure it was unlocked and compatiable with the SIM and frequency etc.</p>
