No, if you entered your temp pass where it says to enter the voicemail number, then YOU punched in the wrong number. The voicemail number is a regular phone number.

Of course, when you hold down the 1, it will attempt to call whatever number is entered there, so it's imperative that a correct voicemail number is punched in.

The instructions say I should press and hold 1, but it just asks me to input a phone number contact.

What's the actual number to call? I tried calling my own number, it doesn't work.
