I have the same problem...It doesn't happen all the time in french...the tech support person said that its a software issue and as soon as its cleared up they will call and let us know....bought the phone in Strathroy, Ontario....

yaa... now that i used it more often, i think it just happens randomly.. nothing you can do about it!

I've had this problem too. People tell me that my voicemail message is in french, but then its always back to english when i check it.

i have the same problem, i tried to show my mom that ppl can leave you voicemail, and then i called the #, (while the phone is on) rang 4 times, then the voicemail come up and its all in french....
but when i have the phone off and call the #, its back to english greetings....

anyone know why??

Hehe, this happened to me last spring - I noticed it when i checked my own voicemail...

I left it alone and next time I checked it was back to english (I don't use the phone often so it's not an issue for me)

I'd call customer service to change it back though

Hi All,

Sometimes when people call me the voice mail is in french eventhough I have selected my own greeting.

"You have reached the voice mailbox for"(is in french)

Anyone else experienced this problem or know how to fix it?
