        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Use <a href="http://www.ertyu.org/steven_nikkel/cancellsites.html?lat=58.803041&#38;lng=-97.885086&#38;zoom=3&#38;type=roadmap&#38;layers=a&#38;pid=0">this</a> cell tower by company page, then pick roger, and then use <a href="http://loxcel.com/celltower">this</a> page to narrows down which tower does exactly what, should give you a very good idea any specific area should have what type of coverage. Very useful if you tend to be around certain area for a long time. You can sorta tell if you will have crappy coverage at home or not.</p>
<p>Keep in mind Speakout do not use any LTE, it is strictly 2g or 3g, so you can safely ignore anything beside 850 and 1900 mhz</p>
<p>Also, keep in mind, this is for reference only, the information are not completely accurate. However it is usually is just missing tower information rather then not having them in the correct location.</p>
