I called the 647-669-9989 from another phone, and it brought me to VM. Then it will just ask you to type in your Speakout number, then your pin. Not sure why it doesn't work for you. Maybe give CS a call.

Be sure to enter the "+" as well.

That's the number SpeakOut customer service gave me to use to access my voicemail.

Given that I live in Toronto, I didn't want to pay long distance just to check it and thus was accessing it via the VM number 416-270-5706. However, in the past week every time I try to enter my phone number at the prompt it says the number is "invalid".

I'm still able to get to VM by dialing my number directly.

Any suggestions? Thanks.
