I have had customer service resend the switch but that does nothing. Everytime I try and send a text the message changes to "New Multimedia" and fails to send saying, "Message Failed Check Settings" or something like that. This happened after I was in the states and someone restored my phone to factory.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
