Speakout does not work in the USA at all.

Can I use my SpeakOut phone anywhere in the world?

You cannot make calls from within the U.S. or from elsewhere outside of Canada as SpeakOut in Canada does not provide roaming services.

but it gives the effective rates for "Long distance or roaming CAN or US call" (0.45 or 0.36).

So can I use my Speak Out in the US, or not?
