<p>I just had that happen as well.  I phoned them and started to describe the problem to the CSR and she just said "What's your activation code" and she activated it. It was obvious she knew what I was talking about before I did.  So I expect it's a "feature" (there are no bugs in the tech world, only "features", right?) of their website.</p>
