<p>You'll have to ask SpeakOut CSR if VM can be disabled (or see if that option exists in the VM prompts) but AFAIK there's no charge when someone leaves you VM, so just leave a voice announcement that you don't respond to VM. </p>

<p>Yes, providing it's in a different area. (IOW you can't change from 647 to 416 because they're in the same area (Toronto) but there should be no problem getting a 647/416 number changed to 519/226, etc.)</p>

<p>Can someone give me some advice on dealing with the customer service people?</p>
