        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Another poster noted that he got charged International rates by SpeakOut because he dialed the + at the start of a phone number.  Does this mean we need to avoid the + when entering numbers?  That makes phone book maintenance less convenient, as well as replying to a call from the phone log, if we have to edit out the +.</p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I called myself from a landline in my city to set up my voicemail and my number showed up on my caller ID as +1(area code)(number). Is this the standard way the caller ID works or does that mean it's coming through as long distance for some reason? The 7-11 in my city is on the outskirts of town which is the only reason I'm concerned at all.</p>
