        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Are you absolutely sure the sim card does not work at all? You can not "unlock" a sim card. Unlocking has to do with a phone. If you are having problems, contact SpeakOut customer service, as they are the only ones who can go into your account and issue you a new sim card.</p>
