        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>It could be a stolen sim,   I think the risk is pretty low though.  I would talk to a speak out representative while doing the transaction to  verify the sim in on the up and up.  I would be a little concerned about buying from the one post wonders here.  So it would be safer to buy from speak out,  just not cheaper.  I think the odds of having a satisfying transaction here are very good.  But as with life, there are no guarantees.</p>

<p>I am interested in using Speakout and have seen some people sell the SO SIM cards, some of them have been activated/used...would this result in any problems for me if I were to buy from them? Or would it be safer to buy a phone/SIM card directly from 7/11?</p>
