To be clear, unfortunately you can't buy top-ups online directly from SO or 7-11. You have to buy them privately on forums like this one.

You have to go to a physical 7-Eleven store and get a top-up card, or you can buy a top-up sometimes online through a private forum. They usually come up for sale on this site. It sure is handy though that all Speak Out top-ups last a year.
