when i power on, i get a nokia splash screen, then a 7-11 splash, then finally i get access to the phone.
anyone found a way to either replace or remove those screens?

the 7-11 screen can be changed, omitted, modified etc. forgot where in the menu......
not sure about the Nokia screen.

I don't believe you can change or delete the 7-11 logo using just the phone's menus. You need to either reflash the phone or otherwise make mods at the firmware level.

I recently found that you can bypass the startup screens. When you turn the phone on, you get the NOKIA screen, then the hands holding screen and the 7-11 screen.
When the hands holding screen appears, just hit the button above the red hangup button, it will bypass the rest of the screens and go right to normal phone use.
