<p>I had to do this once. I was on vacation and wanted to increase my plan that month. On my phone, I cancelled the plan I was on (cycled the next day) but then realized I could not add the larger plan as I had just cancelled my data service. Called 611 and after a few questions I added the plan I wanted</p>
