OfflineHello everyone, long time lurker of the forums here, finally decided to register.
I've been with SO for a few years now and just this year added the 2500 texting bundle. Up until now it's worked great, but ever since maybe 2 weeks ago it 'ran out' and I am now getting the $0.10 charge. I didn't notice until today when I checked my balance and it was about $20 less than it should've been.The bundle renewed on the 18th or so, and i am 99.9% sure that I did NOT send 2500 texts from then until now.
Is there anything I can do here, or has this happened to anyone else? I called customer service and they said they would get 'technical support' to look at it, still waiting on a reply from them.
