        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>7-Eleven has pulled all SpeakOut phone packages from their retail stores nationwide. They are still selling refill cards to existing customers, but all SpeakOut phones have been pulled, and they are not signing up new customers. It looks like it might be the beginning of the end for the American version of SpeakOut. I think a big reason is their choice to charge $2.14 each month for their 9-11 fee, the highest rate of any MVNO in the USA.</p>
