Would it be possible to use voice services from one pre-pay provider (ie SO USA) and data service from another pre-pay provider (ie red pocket) or does the phone require voice and data access to be provided by the same carrier/provider?

They are also not signing up new customers, as all SpeakOut phones have been pulled from all 7-Elevens there.
