Are there any people who don't have a 7-Eleven in their area but who could benefit from buying extra credit from others? For example, the May 2007 deal gives a free phone when one buys $100 of credit, but there are probably some who don't need all of the credit (they could buy $50 or $25 vouchers and sell the unused ones).

I could set up some sort of forum (buyer beware, however) to connect people with extra credit with people who can't get to a 7-Eleven to buy the credit (since they can just e-mail the activation code).
