Sure, you can move your Fido number to whichever company you go to.

However, looking at your usage, I doubt you'd be saving money with Speakout.

Using 250min /mth and 300 texts/mth will cost you $65 plus tax with Speakout, which is obviously more than the $50/mth you say you're paying with Fido.

I'd start shopping around this month, I know Bell and Telus are offering some decent plans this month (to entice the students going back to school), most likely Fido has a better plan for you, or even Rogers or Virgin.

Coverage is the same as it is for Rogers because SO uses Rogers' network. Ask someone who lives or works near you, who's with Rogers, about coverage in your area.

Hi Guys
I am mainly located in Lower mainland
Vancouver, Coquitlam, Burnaby

how is the coverage for speakout compare to fido?

are they the same?

I am excited to cancel fido and move to SO. I had enough of paying $50 bills every months.

I talk about 250 minutes/ month
and text 300 times / month
I can reduce the talk time..

Can I keep my Fido number?

Thanks
