        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I have been with speakout for a few years  and was happy with their mobile service until recently that I have to call the customer service.</p>
<p>the lady from the other side talks like a big lawyer. If she can't solve the problem, she simply reinstated what she said over and over again. She has no sympathy about your problems you are having.  when asked if she can check with her manager or some another dept, she simply said she has right to make decision and refused to transfer.<br />
The rep from 711 seems to be lack of training and don't know how to handle the conversation. lack of the procedure if she can't solve the problem.</p>
<p>just realized that the customer service from 711 could not be worse.</p>
