Purchased SIM card , couldn't activate it. Web page won't let me create a account with mobile device,  phone number on SIM card won't allow me to activate. Customer service put me on hold for 5 minutes thanks up.
Web page customer support takes 2-3 days to respond. 
Finally figured out had to use desktop to make account. And customer support says phone number in sim instructions is incorrect.
Omg just unbelievable this is a company

Useful to know... they've been fiddling with themselves as to Customer Interface and are likely wanting to go entirely online like all the rest.
  it's likely you got your sim-card from the 7-11 store and I don't suppose they upgrade stock that often...Hopefully the pizza slices and sticky buns get more attention..
