I have just received confirmation from SpeakOut that as of today, they are no longer generating codes for this.
They stated that this promo has now ended.

Yup - they refused to give me a fresh code yesterday, but I managed to use an existing one for a new phone just now.

Good news. This section of the forum has been nothing but a magnet for leeches and cheaters. Very few of the people that participated in here, ever bothered to show their faces in the other sections of the forum. A multitude of new identities were being created with the sole purpose of circumventing the rules. These cheats had written scripts, so your chances of supplying a code were virtually zero anyway.

We'll see you all in the other parts of the forum.... yeah, right
