A friend suggested I play with the APN settings to try to get my Xiaomi 4 (Android) phone to receive MMS messages. I've also tried googling and trying a few new APN settings to no success.

I tap the button to download the MMS but the error message reads that it couldn't download it.

Any suggestions for a work-around would be appreciated.
