I am in Toronto. I want to give my visitor a cell phone to use. All we need is just voice and text. I have an old Alcatel one touch 365 sitting in my drawer. Will it still work with a Speakout sim?
I move the SIM from my current phone (i.e. a working SIM) to the Alcatel 356, I got 'no service' on the screen. On the Speakout site, the Alcatel 356 is still a phone listed under supported phone list. Is there any settings I should check ? BTW, this Alcatel 356 was purchased from Speakout when I first used their service. So it was working long time ago.
