Actually the UMB was very good. I can spent only $10 a month(less if you buy on promotion time) for everything, include unlimited phone call, SMS, IM and internet. but now the phone call is so lag. but still worth it.

not only Wechat. UMB is just allow HTTP at port 80/443. even you use proxy, proxy only worked for TCP/IP. All app which need other than TCP/IP will not work by proxy.

Some had specific SIM cards were not blocked, can use true data. but it get blocked recently. So if you want use Wechat, you can use VPN to let all apps work, but very lag.

I have a new issue. my network is working, but not WeChat. I believe it is not my phone problem because my WeChat works well through Wifi. I beg a solution if anyone had this same problem and have solution. I highly appreciate.
