I do not know what more we can do to help you here. You are going to have to find someone with a working Speakout SIM, cut for an iphone, with UMB activated.

You could have an incorrectly typed in APN profile, or the SIM card could still not be activated for UMB. You will have to find a phone that has a known working APN profile and swap in your SIM card to see if that phone will still work with UMB. If it works, you need to fix your APN profile, if it does not, your Speakout UMB is not properly activated, and you have to talk to a Speakout CSR.

You could also find a known working Speakout SIM card with UMB already known to work, and try it on your iphone. If it works, you have to talk to a Speakout CSR, if it does not, your APN profile is not correct. The SIM card might be cut poorly, but that is not likely if voice works.

M cell phone for the longest time just said "Home". Then one day I turned it on and it said "SpeakOut". No big deal, as long as everything works.

I have had it happen before on one of my older Speakout SIM cards. I do not think it really matters much.

As for your UMB not working, others have also reported this problem. You should talk to a Speakout CSR, and they should hopefully sort that out for you.

I dont have problems to make calls, but I order web browsing service, I set up as recommended on websit and it did not work. Wondering if it was caused by how the network showed. A lot of thx!!!
