It has a feature called Voice Recognition. I'm going to try it out and see what it does. I'm sure it's related to voice activated dialing, but we'll see.

I don't know if any of the Nokia's they offer have this feature, however, you can use any unlocked 850/1900 GSM phone with a SO SIM. I know some of the Motorola RAZR/KRZR series phones have voice activation.

Can any of the phone be activated by voice? For example, could I just say the name of the person out loud and have the phone automatically dial the person's number?
