I am a first time user of speakout services, just bought the Virtue 111. Have set up phone number and activated phone online. Now waiting many hours for charge. All I see on screen is battery with lightning bolt, can't turn phone on. Any ideas? (Not new to smartphones - have another Android phone - but new to this one. Have checked forums and faqs for an answer to this problem but dnt see anything.)</p>
