        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>The download speed tops out at around 25 kilobytes a second, but it is not consistent.  There are of course limits on the size of the file that can be downloaded.  I think around 300 kilobytes.</p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Sadly, though VBuzzer can do SIP on port 80, the packets travel through UDP, which speak out does not support.  Speakout only does port 80 TCP, and it does it badly.</p>
