        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I have an old LG xenon phone.  Just switched from Telus to Rogers payasyougo plan and wound up getting burned as they consider calls between Richmond Hill and Toronto to be long distance calls.  I'm beyond angry about that. Richmond Hill was always local area calling are to toronto and never been charged LD for these calls before on telus.<br />
Anyhow, my phone is locked to Rogers.  Will a speakout simcard work on this phone or will I have to get it unlocked?</p>
